Membership is free for Terrebonne Parish residents 18+. Complete the application online, print and bring to any Senior Center or the Main Office (995 W Tunnel Blvd., Houma, LA 70360), or mail to PO Box 8036, Houma, LA 70361.

Annual General Membership Meeting: Thursday, Dec. 11, 2025, 10:30 AM at TCOA Operations Center, 995 W Tunnel Blvd., Houma, LA. Members will elect the Board of Directors, receive reports, and conduct other business.
