Shady Lane Apartments

Shady Lane Apartments are adjacent to Shady Acres Senior Center. The two-story building includes 49 apartments for the elderly. The 11-acre site comprising the center and apartments also boasts a park and a garden that includes individual square foot gardens available to the apartments’ residents.

TCOA provides to eligible homebound elders of Shady Lane Apartments Home Delivered Meals, Homemaker, and Personal Care services.

For Congregate Meals and other senior center activities, Shady Lane Apartments’ elder residents may attend Shady Acres Senior Center. Transportation is provided

Services Overview

Information and Assistance

TCOA’s Information and Assistance program is a service that provides elderly individuals with current information on opportunities and services available in the community. This service also assesses the problems and/or capacities of the individuals, and links them to opportunities that are available to them.

Material Aid

Our material aid program is designed to provide a limited supply of incontinent supplies and nutritional supplements. On occasion, when donated there could be fresh fruit and other items.
