Our material aid program is designed to provide a limited supply of incontinent supplies and nutritional supplements. On occasion, when donated there could be fresh fruit and other items.

Who receives material aid services?

  • 60 and older.
  • Must be pre-qualified using the National Family Caregiver Support Program Intake Form provided by the Governor’s Office of Elderly Affairs.

Priority will be given to caregivers caring for elderly clients with the highest score derived by the Governor’s Office of Elderly Affairs Comprehensive Assessment Form.

The Terrebonne Council on Aging accepts donations of food items, such as seasonal fruits and vegetables, that are distributed throughout the community to elderly citizens in need.
